This is a tutorial on how to make a vector chibi (a digital chibi in Illustrator).

I have created half of a basic chibi that anyone can download to try the tutorial out for themselves.
That file is located in my scraps and can be found here:

You may create your own chibi as a learning exercise and post them online, however please do not use the template to create a chibi for profit (a.k.a. commercial purposes).
